Since this wasn't your average "planner", we had to come up with a site that showcased the interests and skills of the exceptional staff, making sure that all of the areas were properly called out and easy to navigate without getting lost in the sheer volume of content available to interested visitors.
Since the staff of 360 Event Design has varying degrees of technical expertise, it was import that all contributers be able to add the site and submit content. We also offered training sessions and easy-to-use documentation, created by our staff, to help them ramp up and make the writers comfortable with the process. Due to the volume of content and flexibility of the site, in addition to our SEO (Search Engine Optimization), the site has maintained a Google Page Rank of 4 since its launch.
RSS feeds automatically importing relevant information were added to enhance the readers experience and add to the amount of information available. An additional and non-standard to the CMS (Content Management System) blogging component was added to make the blogging experience more seemless and painless.
